Hi I started taking P3-OM. Hi
I started taking P3-OM in Dec and added HCL and Massenzymes. It helped in controlling my long time IBS ( By the way i am 61 yrs Old) .I used to go to the toilet at least 3 times a day( mostly in the morning.) and the motion is soft or watery. However after taking for about 3 weeks i see some improvement. I was so happy!
However when i went to a blood test for my liver , the readings for Aspartate was 37 m(ideal is less than 40) and for Alanine Transamina…was 60 (ideal is less than 40). Hence the MD asked me to stop all my supplements. Oh i have been on anti-depressant and anti-anxiety meds for more than 16 years.
Hence i have stopped taking from mid-April till end May. i re-introduce P3-OM again in early June as my IBS seemed to be acting up again. I also have HCL which i take alternate days. My next blood test is due in July .
Hope you can provide me with insights into how much i should be taking. At present i am taking 2x probio with my meals. Should i continue taking HCL or wait for the results of the blood tests before i continue to taking regularly.

This did not work for. This did not work for me due to the addition of FOS or fructooligosaccharides to it. I have IBS and the FOS, being a FODMAP, caused bloating, gas, and secondary reflux. I would love to try a version without the FOS.
