COUNTRIES AND SHIPPING RATES
Currently we only take product orders for the following countries as outlined in the table below, which also includes the shipping rate per country:

PROCESSING & SHIPMENT
We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on the weekend will process the next business day. If Monday falls on a holiday, then your order will process the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed and processed between 1-3 business days.

SHIPPING CARRIER
To provide the quickest and most affordable service possible to our customers, we provide domestic UK delivery with Royal Mail package service (in-transit times 1-3 Business Days) for all UK orders. For Europe, we use DPD or UPS package service (in-transit times 1-7 Business Days).
All Royal Mail shipping orders received before 11:00 A.M. (GMT) will be processed the same day. Royal Mail orders received after 11:00 A.M. (GMT) will be processed the following business day. Royal Mail orders placed on Friday after 11:00 A.M. (GMT) will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).

We do not guarantee arrival times for any shipment.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
Please contact sales@bioptimizers.co.uk with your order number, and we will assist with your order update. If your order has already shipped, we will help you make the appropriate return(s) and exchanges.
Klarna Payments
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
VAT Tax on Product Orders
All UK product orders are inclusive of VAT tax.
All European countries that are part of the EU; for orders equal to or less than 150 EUR have VAT applied to them in accordance with new EU legislation (these goods will NOT be taxed at importation in the EU Member State), and orders greater than 150 EUR are exclusive of EU VAT, and have import VAT and duties applied (these goods will be taxed at importation in the EU Member State).
All other European countries that are not part of the EU; all orders will have VAT applied.
Switzerland; VAT is removed at checkout for all orders and is payable before delivery.
