Taken at the right time of day, sleep is achieved, even when one wakes during the middle of the night, one quickly goes back to sleep.
This is one of many supplements I take however it the only one I really notice a direct effect when dont take it. I don’t sleep as well . It takes me longer to drop off and I don’t sleep as long . I take 2 tablets as I’m going to bed and it’s really does help me sleep better
It helps me with sleep and open bowls. Helps with energy too.
Best Magnesium out there
I take 250mg magnesium in the morning and 500mg at night and this seems to be the best amount to help me sleep through the night and keep my digestion moving. It’s great that Bioptimisers has a high dosage within one capsule so I don’t need to takes loads of tablets to get this dose. I like the mix of magnesium types too.
